Welcome to the IDS Dealer Resource Center

The Dealer Resource Center (DRC) is available to all IDS customers. The DRC contains product documentation downloads as well as searchable Knowledge Base articles and Frequently Asked Questions written by the IDS Support Team. The Tech Support page allows users to place requests for technical support and view the status of open support calls. Users can also sign up for Advanced Classes, or read the archives of Insights, the newsletter for IDS customers. Finally, the DRC provides a gateway to premium subscription-based content such as the IDS Academy Learning Center.

If you are a new implementation customer, your IDS Academy Learning Center user name and password will gain you access to the DRC. See your system administrator if you are not sure of your user name or password.
