Upgrades to Service Scheduler & FIpoint

What’s next for IDS?  Among the products we’re working on are upgrades to our very popular Service Scheduler and FIpoint offerings. 

Already the industry’s most powerful tool for managing one of the most important aspects of your business, we’re adding features and functions to make Service Scheduler even more convenient and comprehensive!

In response to customer requests, we’re adding an Appointment Calendar to Service Scheduler, giving your Service Advisors a reliable and flexible tool to manage all-important customer meetings. 

And we’re adding an exciting new feature called the Service Writer Dashboard, designed to provide at-a-glance views and on-the-spot statistics to ensure that the Service Department is operating at maximum efficiency.

We’re also working on updates to our popular FIpoint tool.  In addition to bringing FIpoint into alignment with our other ‘G2’ initiatives, we’re streamlining and simplifying this critical part of the sales process to make it easier than ever to present Financing and Insurance options to customers.  And we’re improving FIpoint’s media capabilities that will let you customize your video presentations and testimonials quickly and easily!
