Mail Merge
Astra has the ability to automatically generate periodic contact letters using the Mail Merge feature. Using criteria that you designate, Astra will monitor your customer base and generate appropriate letters based on your criteria.
Prospect management mail merge letters can be used to:
- Follow-up with sales customers who have recently visited your dealership
- Send thank-you letters to customers who have purchased units at your dealership
- Send customized mailings to advertise dealer-sponsored events
And much, much more!
On the Dealer Resource center, there are thirteen sample prospecting letters that can be used by your dealership. Those sample letters include, but are not limited to: Thank You for Visiting, Thank You for Purchasing, Six Month Follow-up After Sale, One Year Anniversary of Sale, Two Year Anniversary & Trade Reminder, Three Year Anniversary & Trade Reminder, Service CSI, Show Letter, Birthday Letter with Coupon.
You can preview each letter by clicking following this link http://idsacademy.com/autoletters and if you like it and want to use it you can download it right from the website using the download link below each letter to download that particular one, or use the Download All Letters link to download all thirteen letters to your system. Once downloaded to your system and extracted, each letter can be customized using Microsoft® Word.
