IDS Employee Spotlight

Integrated Dealer Systems is pleased to announce that Mike Peoples has accepted the role of Inside Sales Account Manager and Customer Service Representative. Mike has spent the last 2 1/2 years in the IDS Logistics Receiving and Shipping Department. “Logistics was a very interesting break from sales and service. I spent almost 3 years learning how to coordinate customer and IDS needs.” said Peoples, which he thinks will be the key to helping him provide the best assistance to customers.

While he enjoyed working in Logistics, the thing that Mike missed most was working directly with dealers. “I really enjoy the interaction with our customers; we have some of the greatest people in the RV and Marine industries as our business partners.” Now that Mike has found his new niche as the Inside Sales Account Manager and Customer Service Representative, he couldn't be happier. “The best part of my new position is the learning process. Our customers and vendors teach me new things everyday.”

Mike, who works in the Raleigh office, is available when you call IDS with a sales question or need information about services like Data Vaulting or training classes. In the next few weeks, Mike will be calling most of you just to say “Hello” and make sure IDS is doing everything we can for you to make your dealership a success.
